Crunchy leaves on serene pathways that lead to discovering beautiful images to capture are just a few of my favorite things to do. This path is found on the June Lake Loop, in Mono County, in California. It's a magical area to discover some of the best fall color during the splendid autumn season in the Eastern Sierra. The tree graffiti is a clue that others too have found this lovely pathway during their hike and exploration around adjoining lake.
Since childhood, Aristotle's quote, "Where there is no vision, the people perish," has been a huge influence on me. I continue to extend and interpret its meaning through my photography as I capture images that hopefully inspire, amuse and gladden. At the same time, perhaps my images will also help document the beauty of Mother Nature and our responsibility to care for her.
