Artist's Description
During the fall seasons, inside a grove of mature tall aspens, I find colors of sugar and spice and wonderful things nice. However, romantic as I am and despite the romantic gesture at the time, I would prefer the tree graffiti or lovers’ initials, that appear here, be expressed somewhere else rather than carved and left to become bulletin boards of self expression.

Since childhood, Aristotle's quote, "Where there is no vision, the people perish," has been a huge influence on me. I continue to extend and interpret its meaning through my photography as I capture images that hopefully inspire, amuse and gladden. At the same time, perhaps my images will also help document the beauty of Mother Nature and our responsibility to care for her. Nature is the real artist.
