Time to relax and unplug from whatever worries there are. Enjoy sun rays shining on Bishop Creek and the sparkling water flow from the upper mountain's winter season elevations. Neighboring lovely fall colors of the aspen trees in reds, yellows and greens and the cooling shadows from the lodgepole pine trees will surely find a way to your camera and to just say, "Oh, so glad to be here! "

Since childhood, I have been guided by Aristotle's quote, "Where there is no vision, the people perish." I continue to extend and interpret its meaning through my photography capturing images that hopefully inspire, amuse and gladden. At the same time, perhaps my images will also help document the beauty of Mother Nature and our responsibility to care for her. Following a three decade career in public education, as a teacher and then principal for the Los Angeles Unified School District, I began a new career quite serendipitously as a professional landscape, wildlife and jazz photographer of California's majestic Eastern Sierra mountains.
