Description
The drive along the desert Highway 111 in Indian Wells, California is a breathtaking site as you enter this non commercial city. The Snow-capped Santa Rosa mountains tower majestically in the background, with a long, road lined by tall palm trees leading the way. It was an unusual capture not to be in traffic as there are many music festivals in neighboring cities that attract large numbers of tourists, as well as it being a world-class attraction for the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tournament. The scene combines the stark white peaks of winter with a vibrant blue sky, creating a dramatic contrast against the lush greenery.
