As we rode horseback through the meadow, the dawn’s early light cast a warm glow on this surprise find of legacies.. an old western wagon filled with relics of past lives. The ranch, in Dillon, Montana, belonged to Poncho McCoy, son of the founder of Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort, Dave McCoy.

Since childhood, Aristotle's quote, "Where there is no vision, the people perish," has been a huge influence on me. I continue to extend and interpret its meaning through my photography as I capture images that hopefully inspire, amuse and gladden. At the same time, perhaps my images will also help document the beauty of Mother Nature and our responsibility to care for her. Nature is the real artist.
