Artist's Description
Golf at Sierra Star is a deep immersion in the majesty of the Eastern Sierra. It boasts pristine lakes, emerald fairways and stunning mountain views, including this of the town's legendary geological icon, Mammoth Rock. The nine hole flag had not yet been put out by the greenskeeper.
About Bonnie Colgan
Since childhood, Aristotle's quote, "Where there is no vision, the people perish," has been a huge influence on me. I continue to extend and interpret its meaning through my photography as I capture images that hopefully inspire, amuse and gladden. At the same time, perhaps my images will also help document the beauty of Mother Nature and our responsibility to care for her. Nature is the real artist. I am just one of the tools used to capture its best moments for others to see.
