Artist's Description
A centerpiece for a friend's women's luncheon held in the early spring was the inspiration for taking this image. I loved the colors and contrast from the harsh winter's previous season whose subjects were mostly covered in white stuff, called snow :-)

Since childhood, Aristotle's quote, "Where there is no vision, the people perish," has been a huge influence on me.
