Samba Pa Ti is jockeying for position to start in regata as they sail along the San Francisco Bay Front admiring the architecture. The bright red foul weather gear was a good contrast to the gray day on the water and the cityscape backdrop.

Since childhood, Aristotle's quote, "Where there is no vision, the people perish," has been a huge influence on me. I continue to extend and interpret its meaning through my photography as I capture images that hopefully inspire, amuse and gladden.
