"Woolly" is the popular mammoth bronze statue by artist Douglas Van Howd that is located in front of the Mammoth Ski Area at an elevation of 8000 feet.
Since childhood, Aristotle's quote, "Where there is no vision, the people perish," has been a huge influence on me. I continue to extend and interpret its meaning through my photography as I capture images that hopefully inspire, amuse and gladden. At the same time, perhaps my images will also help document the beauty of Mother Nature and our responsibility to care for her.
