The crew here not happy, especially the guy in the water and the owner who had a costly sail repair bill...fortunately no one was injured in this race. Scary to watch and photograph with a 400 mm Nikon lens; you're definitely up close and involved..

Since childhood, Aristotle's quote, "Where there is no vision, the people perish," has been a huge influence on me. I continue to extend and interpret its meaning through my photography as I capture images that hopefully inspire, amuse and gladden. At the same time, perhaps my images will also help document the beauty of Mother Nature and our responsibility to care for her.
