Description
Striking in appearance because of its towering size, and pendulous muzzle, I came upon the sighting of this exhausted bull moose resting in the woods near the Grand Tetons, in Jackson Wyoming. Heard what I thought was the clanging of antlers against each other previously in the area in which I was hiking, but by the time I returned close enough to capture the image, this one was resting in the field. It did indeed keep an open eye on me :-).
